Food & drink creditor intelligenceBeta
Is one of your customers on the list?
When a UK food or drink business fails, its statement of affairs lists who it owed and how much they claimed. Failure Files makes those filings searchable — by the company that failed, by creditor, or by company number.
Free: 5 searches a month after you verify your email. No card needed.
Beta: coverage is partial and growing — only filings processed so far are searchable. Beta access is search only; automated monitoring and customer-list (CSV) checking are not available yet.

Search the filings
Company, creditor or company number, optionally narrowed by SIC code. 25 results a page.
Check the original
Every line links to the Companies House filing it was read from. Results are unverified extractions.
Search creditor filings
Available to verified members. Results are read automatically from filed documents and are labelled Unverified extraction — check the original filing. Amounts are claims as stated in the filing, not proven debts, and nothing here is a credit score or prediction.

What a result does — and doesn't — mean
A result shows that a creditor was named, with a stated claim, in a filing for a failed company. It does not prove the debt, its amount, or anything about the creditor's own finances.
No match means we hold no record in our current coverage. It is never evidence that a business is safe to trade with.
